The life of a woman is nothing but difficult. It’s a life of work and effort, obstacles and pressure, disasters and solutions. But at the end of the day, the woman, and I mean any woman, is the most beautiful being ever created.
Talking to a friend of mine, a man, a big lover of the voluptuousity of a women’s curves, the smoothness of her skin, the sweetness of her mouth and all the words coming from it; he sighed, looking at the horizon, a beach full of beautiful women, and said: “The truth is, women are a marvelous thing, all of them, men are nothing compared to the simple sight of a woman." And he is right, so girls, women of all of the world, should embrace their beauty and treat themselves with the respect. We owe it to the beautiful creator of our smootheness, grace and radiance. Let’s take care of ourselves thanking nature for its beauty and fruits, using what we are given to shine a little bit more every day.
This is why I researched some natural remedies and beauty treatments. They are simple because they are natural, cheap because they are abundant, and effective because whatever created the woman's figure, knew what it was doing.

For the smoothness of our soothing touch
Oranges:
Oranges are perfect for the really dry skin areas that we tend to forget about. The acid of the fruit loosens the dead skin that creates this rough feel. Cut the orange in half and squeeze the juice of one half of it into a bowl mixing it with one quarter of a cup of granulated sugar that will act as a scrub. Add one quarter of a cup of olive oil for moisturizing once the dead cells fall. The other half of the orange can be directly exposed to the rough skin: ankles, elbows and knees. And then scrub the area with the mixture. Finally rinse with warm water.
Walnuts:
This mixture works for exfoliating the hands and feet. Some men really tend to have some sort of fetish for a woman's hands and feet. So blend in the mixer: a quarter of a cup of walnuts, a half of a cup of olive oil and a tablespoon of honey (another of nature’s beauty elixirs.) When washing your hands or feet, massage them with the mixture and rinse with warm water.
For the delicate porcelain skin of our faces...
Oatmeal:
Oatmeal helps soothe and calm the skin and it creates a thin layer on top of your skin that retains moisture. Put a handful of whole oats in a cup, mix with a quarter or half a cup of milk and put in the fridge for a half hour or an hour. Meanwhile scrub your face gently with a mixture of water or moisturizer, with granulated sugar and rinse. You can also put your face over a boiling bowl of chamomile tea to obtain a cleansing effect.
Then apply the mixture over your face as a mask and wait half an hour and remove with warm water. I promise you will feel like Cleopatra in your own personal spa.

Sour cream:
Put 1/3 cup of cocoa, 1/4 cup of honey, three teaspoons of oatmeal powder, one teaspoon of fresh orange juice, and two tablespoons of sour cream into a blender. Mix it all in the blender and put over your face like a mask. The result will be nice, smooth and younger-looking skin. You can also replace orange with lemon juice.
For when we’ve been through a rough time:
Sour cream can also be soothing for sunburns or after a bikini wax (apply it over the irritated area.) If you mix one tablespoon of sour cream, one of cottage cheese and one of honey you can obtain a miraculous cream to treat brown spots on your face. Apply before going to bed, keep it on your face for 10 minutes and wash with warm water. But don’t be lazy, do it every day. Being beautiful is a job too.
Parsley:
Parsley helps clear skin from spots and scars. Put 60gm of parsley in a litre of water to boil. Add lemon juice and then strain and apply on the scars and massage. Be careful and keep away from the sun while doing this treatment.
For the floating silky hair that makes princes climb up our towers...
Mayonnaise:
Mix your regular shampoo with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 or 2 eggs depending on the amount of hair you have. These two ingredients are what's used to make mayonaise. Actually some people directly apply mayo to their hair, but I prefer to make my own more natural type. Apply this on your hair, especially the ends, try not to put too much on the scalp itself and wait 20 minutes before rinsing. Your hair will shine. Try doing this once or twice a month.
For us women who deserve it...
I learned many of these tricks from my grandma, who remained all her life one of the most vivacious and glamourous women I know. She never looked her age to others, to me she always looked crazy (in the good way.) Every time I went to visit her, she had one of these mixtures on her face. She shared with me her secrets like a magical powder that I barely knew the purpose to. I couldn’t care less about scars and wrinkles at that age. But she made me understand that knowing how to treat these meant you could go out, free to run around, climb trees, be adventurous and smile until expression lines appeared. Because at the end of the day, it’s not only about being beautiful but it’s also about living life beautifully. She knew what she was talking about. She was a beautiful woman and she never let age, sun, men, or any creation of nature that might want to bring her down, actually make her feel less pretty. And this is the final remedy, my final trick. Like a magic potion: mix confidence, happiness and sweetness... and a beautiful woman you will obtain.
Massage your hands, body, head and face with all the honey in the world but know sweetness is within you. Drink eight and more glasses of water everyday but know energy and beauty flows within you already. Squeeze a drop of lemon on your eyes for them to shine but remember that the look, your deep look, will be the one to drive a man crazy.
Women are the most marvelous creation of nature, so go out and make nature proud.
PS: BE CAREFUL... Lemon can stain the skin so wash your hands thoroughly before going out into the sun.
FEEL PRETTY AT ALL TIMES...my personal recommendation: Treat yourself to a loud singing session of either "Pretty Woman" or "I Feel Pretty" whilst you pamper yourself with your stay-at-home spa remedies.
