Fashion comes in every shape, size, and color. Everyone’s own fashion is unique to them, but sometimes we find ourselves in a budget crisis, as well as a sort of repetitive wardrobe. By repetitive, I don’t mean wearing the same things, I mean wearing the same types of things and colors. You know when you go shopping with your friends and point something out and they turn and say “that looks just like something you already have!”…well coming into a budget/same clothes rut can be easily inspired by stepping into your local thrift shop! Thrift shops are certainly amazing and you always find great prices. I know every time I step in, a piece will make me reminisce of something my mom used to have when I was younger, and she rocked it and I realize I can wear it with something I already own and add my own twist. AND prices! Seriously, five bucks for some shorts? Two bucks for a sweater? Eight for my favorite purse. Utter amazement. Fashion inspiration and new styles for someone on a budget.
There are also places, depending on where you live, that are secondhand stores like Crossroads Trading Co., where you buy and sell clothes! I love places that are never the same place twice. They trigger curiosity and inspire my wardrobe! There is also Buffalo Exchange, which is a lot like Crossroads.

Then…there is the INTERNET! Let’s just say shopramonawest.com is pretty darn grand, along with asos.com!

Bottom line is looking like a million bucks doesn’t have to cost you a million bucks, find different styles to inspire you and different places to get inspiration.
