Astrology has its critics. People say that the characteristics attached to each sign are so general they apply to anyone, that the advice daily horoscopes give are so general they can be applied at any point in one's life, that they make contradictory statements…the list goes on and on. Despite all of this, I find astrology fascinating. Sometimes, if you know enough about each sign, you can guess someone’s sign before you know their birthday. The more you understand the signs, the more you can apply them to various facets of your life, fashion included. Every month, I’m going to provide a horoscope fashion analysis for the zodiac sign of the month.
Those born any time between October 23rd to November 21st are Scorpios. Scorpios are loyal, passionate, and dynamic at one end of the spectrum, but jealous, obsessive, and unyielding at the other end. Scorpios are all about extremes and intensity. They enjoy power and like to be dominant. Their fashion choices can therefore be extremely bold and sometimes too intense for other people. Scorpios are incredibly independent, so it really does not make a difference to them if others are turned off by their intensity. Usually, this confidence works to the Scorpio’s advantage as this passion, intensity, and confidence makes him or her the sexiest of all the zodiac signs. Scorpios are known for representing ideals of masculinity and femininity, and this makes them very attractive to others.
Scorpios can also be very greedy and tend to hide their money from others, so Scorpios tend lean towards frugality when it comes to clothing. Name-brands are not as important to Scorpios because they don’t feel the need to prove their power; it is assumed in their demeanor.
