The next time I visit
London, I will definitely make it a point to go to high tea at The
Berkeley Hotel. They have a fashion afternoon tea series called Prêt-à-Portea,
which features beautifully made desserts that are inspired by recent
runway shows. Their menu is changed every 6 months to follow the
ever-changing fashion trends. Currently, their cakes and pastries are
inspired by the Spring/Summer 2010 collections of Anya Hindmarch, Paul
Smith, Yves Saint Laurent, Christopher Kane, Jean Paul Gaultier, Jason
Wu, Sonia Rykiel and Erdem.
